The Haunted Palace

Well the spiders are back, and about time too, dew dropped webs appearing on my bedroom balcony this morning say Spring is here like nothing else in the world, now to wait, the patient life of glorious anticipation, until one's able to experience the symbolic life and death struggles of a wayward moth or cranefly. Ah, Mother Nature, she believes, it appears, in tough love.

Now I must know what will happen between the blind man who has prayed for a friend and found Frankenstein. Very touching to watch the monster drawn into the house by the music.

What movie is this from?

That is from James Whales' masterpiece, Miss Narnia, "The Bride Of Frankenstein" A film filled with quasi-religious allegory thatr likens the monster to that other "son of man" though the film works on too many levels to be interpreted just one way.
